Inductive
Sensors:
Balluff inductive sensors are used for controlling, regulating,
automating, positioning and monitoring of work processes.
Applications include machine tools, plastics machinery, textile
machines, assembly lines, and anywhere processes need to be
automated! |
Photoelectric Sensors:
Our wide-ranging opto line finds applications in all areas of
automation. Along with tubular housings from M12 to M30, in both
metal and plastic, Balluff offers a range of sensors in rigid,
block-shaped plastic housings in nearly all sizes with various
functions and performance characteristics. |
Capacitive
Sensors:
Capacitive sensors detect the change in capacitance of an object
when it enters the sensor's electrical field. These sensors can
detect not only metal, but even non-conductors whose dielectric
constants are sufficiently large. Properly selected, a
capacitive sensor is also able to "see through" certain
non-metallic materials. This makes it the classical level
detector, sensing the presence of absence of liquids or granular
material through the container wall. |
Mechanical
Sensors:
Electromechanical sensors serve as precision command givers with
automatic controls for positioning and limit switching on
machine tools, flexible manufacturing equipment, robots,
assembly and conveying equipment. They have been designed and
proven for use under extreme conditions. |
Cylinder &
Value Sensors:
Balluff inductive sensors are used for controlling, regulating,
automating, positioning and monitoring of work processes.
Applications include machine tools, plastics machinery, textile
machines, assembly lines, and anywhere processes need to be
automated! |
Remote
Systems: The use of remote systems is a proven solution
wherever hardwired sensors cannot be used, such as on indexing
tables and interchangeable stamping heads. The sensors
participate in the motion of the machine components to which
they are attached. |
Micropulse
Transducers:
Balluff Micropulse transducers are ideal for use in hydraulic
cylinders for position feedback or as a level monitor with
aggressive media in the food and chemical industries. |
Identification Systems:
Balluff identification systems are indispensable tools for
managing the flood of information in today's assembly
operations. The right data at the right time at the right place:
For complex assembly instructions, complete test records, or
just a 4-digit identification number, Balluff has the right ID
System solutions! |
BUS
Systems:
BUS Systems ensure a reliable exchange of information between
material flow and data processing, including all areas of
manufacturing where materials are being moved. The AS-Interface
is an uncomplicated, economical, fast and reliable system
connecting binary sensors and actuators on a common line with
the first control level, for example a programmable controller
or PC. |
Connectors:
Balluff offers a variety of connectors and cables to get your
sensor products up and running. |
Accessories:
Balluff offers a variety of accessories to make working with
your sensors a snap! |
