Vport 36-1MP World’s First -40 to 75° C Extreme Weather IP Camera – Extreme HD Images
In today’s world security is of the utmost concern for people. From the store owner, school safety, unattended object concerns, train, highway, to manufacturing facilities all are concerned about the what if’s.
The Moxa VPort 36-1mp empowers security systems to capture video under some of the most difficult conditions which includes extreme weather, poor lighting conditions and camera misting.
The VPort 36-1MP has best-in-class image quality with 720P, 1280 x 720 HD resolution. This IP Extreme HD camera uses technology that helps reduce and correct digital noise, blur, poor lighting and to recover bad images as the result of a wide dynamic range of light to dark.
When in extreme weather the optional de-mist function keeps your images at peak quality whether the day is rainy, snowy or hazy.
Moxa’s VPort 36 1-MP will accept a number of C/CS mount lenses to give greater flexibility in viewing the area under surveillance. The VPort 36-1MP comes with a 3.1 mm – 8 mm auto-iris lens and a removable IR cut filter to give you better day and night viability. The optional VP-3112MPIR Day/Night lens can stream amazing images with a wide dynamic range and most importantly low noise when videoing low light conditions.
Some interesting features of the camera include the ability to distinguish if there is an unattended object. This feature alone could improve the ability to protect the public against horrific attacks. Along with distinguishing unattended objects the intelligent video analysis and alarm functions can detect missing objects, virtual fence/detection zones and set off an alarm if the camera has been tampered with by blockage, out of focus, redirection and spray painting.
H.264 HD Performance. The CMOS image sensor can provide H.264 and MJPEG video streams. The VPort 36-1Mp gives the highest quality HD images at minimal bandwidth and is efficient with storage. DynaStream™ technology can give you an increased frame rate when there is something that triggers an event and reduces the frame rate when the event is no longer an issue.
With the use of thermal conductivity technology the VPort 36-1MP IP camera can operate from temperatures as low as -40°C to as high as 75° C without the use of a Fan or Heater.
The camera is protected by a IP68 rated housing which ensures resilience against external weather. That means it is perfect not only for outdoor but also for indoor applications.
What are the certifications?
The VPort 36-1MP is fully complaint with EN 50121-3-2 (Rolling Stock), EN 55021-4 (Railway Wayside), NEMA TS2 (highway) and UL/cUL Class 1 Div.2, ATEX Class 1 Zone 2 (Oil/Gas).
